The Bureau County Health and Wellness Clinic also makes its home today on the CCHFS campus in the former On-Ground School Building. CCHFS is proud to partner with the BCHWC as it provides free primary health care to more than 1,700 uninsured and underinsured neighbors per year.

This is a faith-based, community-oriented organization whose mission is to show the love of Jesus Christ by providing access to healthcare. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and administrative staff volunteer their time to this clinic.
