CampusMinistries abound on the CCHFS campus!

The Covenant Children’s Home and Family Services campus on Elm Place in Princeton, IL., is bustling with ministries in action!

Freedom House continues to provide shelter and other services for women, children and families experiencing domestic abuse. Last year, more than 600 individuals were served.

The Bureau County Health and Wellness Clinic provides free primary health care to more than 1,700 uninsured and underinsured neighbors each year. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and administrative staff volunteer their time to this faith-based clinic. The clinic has begun serving residents of nearby …



CELEBRATING A RICH HERITAGE

Memories The demolition of the original brick building and 1924 dormitory on the Covenant Children’s Home and Family Services campus in January 2006 marked the end of an era; but it also paved the way for new beginnings.

After careful consideration the Board of Directors made the difficult decision to raze the two buildings. “This was a difficult decision, but one that we felt was necessary for CCHFS to continue to move forward into new areas of ministry and service,” Bonnie Pihl, Board President, noted.

Sculptures For nearly a century, Covenant Children’s Home and Family Services in Princeton, IL., has been a place in which a loving God meets people’s needs. That tradition continues today with a variety of services on the Elm Place campus.

After a time of planning and renewal, the Board of Directors has partnered with several groups to utilize CCH & FS’s resources. Today, children, adults and families find life-changing opportunities in the lovely park-like setting.
